Nino's Italian seafood primavera

Nino's Italian seafood primavera for four

1 package of penne pasta
4 oz white wine
4 oz oil
1 small onion -sliced and cut into strips
1 small green pepper - sliced and cut into strips
1/2 cup artichokes - cut into cubes
2 or 3 cooked tomatoes -  you use store bought
1 lb of shrimp - de veined
1/2 lb scallops
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic - you can use store-bought that comes in a jar

Prepare the penne pasta according to package instructions, drain and keep warm. In a skillet,  put in 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of garlic, wine and saute the onions and peppers, season with salt and pepper. Add the artichokes and tomatoes, stir all together.  Add the shrimp and scallops cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are fork tender. Stir all together so that all ingredients are well mixed. Server over the penne pasta.
