JEH JEH LIVE - Jeh Jeh joined us live from Lakeshore Foundation with help from Carol Kutik on Exercise Monday. She taught him pushing, core, and lower body experience using the TRX suspension trainer which she says is a great way for individuals with all levels of fitness to get a whole body exercise workout anywhere. It is transportable and can be attached to a door frame or suspended from a strong beam. It incorporates the body's core in all movements, which is great for stability and posture.
