All Around Town Catering's lobster and grits
1/2 pound lobster meat
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 Tbsp Tequila
1 Tbsp fresh basil
Heat oil and butter in pan. Saute lobster for about 2 1/2 minutes. Add salt and pepper, then tequila. Serve over organic grits made with butter and cream. Garnish with basil.
