JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Three additional arrests have been made in connection to the photograph of Senator Thad Cochran's wife.

Attorney Mark Mayfield was in court in Madison today. He has been charged with conspiracy. His bond is set at $250,000.

Mayfield is a Board member of the Central MS Tea Party and is being represented by Attorney John Reeves and Coxwell and Associates.

The third suspect arrested is Richard Sager of Laurel. He has been charged with tampering of evidence and conspiracy. His bond is set at $250,000 per count.

The fourth suspect is John Mary of Hattiesburg, who is charged with two counts of conspiracy. After consulting with Mary's attorney, he was released on his own recognizance due to extensive medical conditions.

Clayton Kelly's attorney, Kevin Camp, says his client will now face two additional charges, including a charge of conspiracy.

His new bond stands at $200,000. The 2 new charges are each $50,000 for bond.

The 28-year-old blogger allegedly went into a nursing home and photographed the bedridden wife of Republican U.S. Senator Thad Cochran without permission and posted an image online as part of an anti-Cochran video.

A Madison Investigator testified at Kelly's preliminary hearing. She says Kelly uploaded a YouTube video that had several pictures of Cochran and his assistant.

The picture of Rose Cochran in her bed was shown at the end of the video.

The investigator's testimony says the picture of Cochran's wife appeared to be from vantage point of her bedside.

Madison police contacted Kelly and he told them he'd removed the video because he believed it was inappropriate. Kelly told investigators he thought the photo could help launch his blog and radio show.

Police say they were made aware late Thursday, May 15, and they talked to Kelly on Friday when he was later arrested.

Rose Cochran has lived at St. Catherine's Village since 2000 and we are told she has dementia.

Kelly is also charged with a felony, exploitation of a vulnerable adult, photographing an individual without permission.

Chris McDaniel released the following statement in response to the most recent arrests.

"As we have said since day one, the violation of the privacy of Mrs. Cochran is out of bounds for politics and is reprehensible. Any individuals who were involved in this crime should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
