Restaurant Report Card: Best Eats Under $10

ATLANTA (CBS46) -

There are some great spots around the city where you can get a good meal for under $10.

First up, Taqueria del Sol at 2165 Cheshire Bridge Rd. in Atlanta where they received an "A" on their health inspection score. Some of the dishes for under $10 include the meatloaf and whipped potatoes, chicken enchilada, salsa and tacos.

Also in Atlanta, Eats at 600 Ponce de Leon Ave. is an affordable landmark that offers hearty helpings of food. You can get a meat and three plus a drink for under $10. You may want to try their flavorful jerk chicken, but if that's not your thing Eats offers a variety of vegetarian and pasta plates that are definitely cheap eats.

In Dunwoody, Farm Burger at 4514 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. is not exactly your typical burger joint. Their burgers are made from 100 percent grass fed beef and you can enjoy one for under $7. As a bonus, the restaurant scored an "A" on their health inspection.

Last, but certainly not least, Ronnie John's Beach Cafe at 1950 Canton Rd. in Marietta offers inexpensive, but fast tasty food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was created to take you back to your own beach memories. As for their beach fusion menu with an Asian flare, boy that's good.

Click here if you'd like to find out how your favorite restaurant scored on its last health inspection. Be sure to watch our Restaurant Report Card every Sunday at 11 p.m. on CBS46.

Good news for Cullman shoppers: several stores damaged in the March hail storm are set to open in the next couple weeks. The parking lot is still pretty empty, but the store signs are fixed, the roofs have been repaired, and instead of 'closed' signs, there are now signs that say 'coming soon.'
