GAS PRICES UP - UAB RETAIL EXPERT DR. BOB ROBICHEAUX - Dr. Robicheaux explained the stations are only getting about 1% or so of the profit from the prices. Big companies getting the bulk of it. We should have the lowest gas prices this summer since 2010, but prices are still between $3.35 and $3.60.

After a highly successful debut in 2013, the Cahaba River Crawfish and Shrimp Boil returns to Trussville Springs on April 12, 4:00 to 9:30 p.m., for a second round of food and fun. Sponsored by Jade Boutique, this annual family event will feature lots of fresh boiled crawfish and shrimp, plenty of live music and a spectacular fireworks display.
Admission to the festival is free.
The Cahaba River Crawfish and Shrimp Boil is a fundraising event equally benefitting Trussville City Schools Foundation and Hewitt-Trussville Athletic Foundation. Last year's event raised $20,000.

DR. WAYNE FLEISIG - Dr. Fleisig talked about issues children face at home and at school. He offfered some advice for solving them. Problems solving skills for kids:
1) Clearly determine what the problem is
2) Brainstorm about all of your options
3) Look at the consequences of all options
4) Make a choice
5) Evaluate how things went, and as needed start over

EASTER FASHION - Sara McKnight with Gus Mayer shows us some fashion ideas for your Easter outfits. ‘GIRLS NIGHT OUT' EVENT:

WALK WITH ME EVENT - 2014 Walk With Me
The 8th Annual Walk with Me Event Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2014 at Veterans Park in Hoover, registration will begin at 6:30am and the walk will start at 8am followed by a Family Fun 5k. All proceeds raised through the walk will benefit the Pediatric Clinic in Pelham, Alabama . This years walk will be a 1 mile walk to gain awareness and education of Easter Seals and the children that we serve. Walk with Me has a goal of $67,000 and that is achieved through corporate sponsors, individual teams and general donations. After the walk participants and their families will enjoy a fun-filled morning complete with moonwalks, face-painting, ice cream, food trucks, games and more!
