All Around Town Catering's Brisket Stir Fry
One lb smoked beef brisket sliced or diced into bite-size pieces
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup bell pepper sliced
1 cup matchstick carrots
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp Korean BBQ sauce
Krazy salt and pepper to taste
Basmati rice takes about twenty minutes to cook.
Heat oil over medium high heat and add oils. Add vegetables and stir fry for about 2 minutes, and add beef brisket. Stir fry adding your sauces and stir fry about another two-three minutes. You want your vegetables to be crunchy, not over-cooked.
This can be served over rice; today we had Jamaican curry and Blood Orange Olive Oil. This is a fantastic way to utilize leftover meat such as beef brisket.
