TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Many Tucson drivers are fed up with the pothole problems in the city. Some say these road problems make their morning and evening commutes bumpy ones.

Drivers and cyclists in Tucson are fed up with the city's pothole situation and are finding a way to make the city accountable for fixing those holes.

They have created a blog that identifies potholes around the city, providing photos and the intersection where the holes are located. The blog was created with the hope that residents would email a photo and the location of the potholes so they can be fixed.

In 2013 TRIP, a transportation research group ranked the worst cities in the U.S. for roads, placing Tucson number five on the list of 20 cities behind San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco and Los Angeles.  The TRIP report also found that 53 percent of the major roads in Tucson were in poor condition.

The City of Tucson has a website and phone number where residents can report potholes that need to be fixed, the site can be accessed by clicking here - http://www.tucsonaz.gov/transportation/streets-maintenance

Another way to report potholes is via the 'See, click, fix' app for iPhones and Androids, the app can be downloaded here - http://en.seeclickfix.com/apps.  The app allows residents when they see a pothole, to take a picture of it and send it to the city.  The goal is help get the worst of the potholes fixed fast.
