Fajita Marinade

MARINADE INGREDIENTS                                               QUANTITY

                                                                                                                             

Soy Oil                                                                               1 quart (4 cups)

Lime juice, freshly squeezed                                            1 cup

Shiner Bock Beer                                                              1 can                          

Serrano peppers                                                               2 ounces (approx. ¼ cup)

Salt                                                                                    1 tsp

Pepper                                                                               1 tsp

Cayenne Pepper                                                                1/2 tsp

 

 

PROCEDURE

     

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor
  2. Mix well on medium speed until serrano peppers are diced
  3. Pour over chicken breast or flank steak in a large container
  4. Make sure to coat meat evenly
  5. Cover the container with secure lid or plastic wrap
  6. Store in refrigerator overnight, at least 24 hours
