SweetCrab Wontons from All Around Town Catering
1lb crabmeat [Today it is clawmeat]
SweetThai chili sauce
2Tbsp olive oil
Smallbowl of water
Heatoil in pan [medium heat]. Set wonton wraps on cutting board about 6 at a time. Wetthe edges of the wonton wrap. Place about a teaspoon of crabmeat and a touch ofchili sauce in the middle of wrap, then fold to the corners securing the meatinside. Place in oil for about 20 seconds on each side until golden brown. Placeon paper towel before serving.
You can use whatever dipping sauce you prefer. Weare using Sriracha and Sweet Thai Chili. You can mix those with mayonnaise if youwant. Perfect for brunch or snacks during games. Enjoy and HappyNew Year to all!!!
