Santa Claus surprised one of the biggest Auburn football fans on Christmas day.
As he was opening one of the last presents under the tree on Wednesday morning, 11-year-old RJ Meyer erupted in cheers that many sports fans can relate to, especially those whose team makes it to the final end-all game of the season.
The gift: two tickets to the BCS National Championship next month.
To describe RJ's excitement in writing would be a test of ultimate talent. The video, however, speaks for itself.
If RJ's ecstatic lap throughout the house were not enough to prove it, a quick dash through his bedroom decked-out with Auburn gear certainly sufficed.
RJ was hoping, though, that the jolly man would pull through for him.
"This next one I think is the most important one of all BCS National Championship tickets. Even if this is the only thing I get I would still love it," RJ wrote in his letter to Santa.
The Alabama family, who live in Prattville, a town outside of Montgomery, was more than happy to share the video, which even included a laughing baby in the background (who was possibly equally as excited).
RJ's mom, Tracey, who was also basking in the joy of Christmas morning with the family, said RJ and his father will be attending the Tigers-Seminoles game set for January 6.
It's clear that RJ is a sports fan. His six-item list to Santa included everything from Nike shoes to Xbox games.
And just after a pair of tickets on the Christmas list, at number six: "Luck that Auburn will win."
