The University of Alabama says that a former Tide footbally player accused of robbery will be allowed to re-enroll at the university.
D.J. Pettway was suspended in February 2013 after being charged with second degree robbery. He and three other Tide players accused in the crimes eventually left school. The University says Pettway's charges "are no longer pending."
USAToday also reports that Pettway has re-signed with the football team as a mid-year transfers.
