Chocolate chip pecan pie
2 pie shells
3 eggs, beaten
1 C self rising flour
1 C corn syrup
2/3 C brown sugar, firmly packed
8 oz. melted butter
1 C mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1 C chopped pecan pieces
Combine the eggs, flour, corn syrup, sugar and butter. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool at room temperature and serve.
