BBQ Turkey Breast:
The breast of the turkey is the most popular. Smaller portions fit today's family sizes.
Start with natural whole muscle turkey breast. Skin on products are best for grilling & BBQ. Natural = no Hormones or anti-biotics. Cured turkey is safer to handle. Lower internal temp. Thoroughly cover the turkey with dry seasoning. (seasoning salt, garlic powder, black pepper. 4 oz seasoning salt, 2 oz black pepper, 2 oz garlic powder.
Cooking - If cured, heat at 350 degrees or golden brown. Approximately one hour. If not cured, cook 20 minutes per pound; let stand 10 minutes before carving.
Spread smokey mayo on flour tortilla. Add turkey slices, chopped tomato, chopped lettuce, avocado slices, & Bob Sykes sauce.
Smokey Mayo: Combine 1 tablespoon of mayo with 1/8th tablespoon of lIquid smoke and a pinch of papriaka.
