All Around Town Catering Spicy Shrimp Saute over Salsa Rice

All Around Town Catering Spice Shrimp Saute over Salsa Rice

1 lb peeled,deveined Alabama shrimp[Snapper Grabbers has all sizes;we are using 16-20/lb]

2 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 red onion

2 Tbps capers

1 can tomato sauce

1/4 tsp red chile flakes

1/2 cup Cahaba Brewing Ambar

Heat oil in saute pan. Cook shrimp until pink,add onions,capers,tomato sauce. Simmer for about 30 seconds longer, add beer. Stir well and serve over rice. This is a hearty dish.
