Alabama Businesses Support the March of Dimes By Making the Fashion Statement that Saves Babies in a new take on an old favorite, wearing jeans to work to support a good cause, the March of Dimes announces their Blue Jeans for Babies Day. On Friday, November 15th, participants can make a donation entitling them to wear the specially designed Blue Jeans for Babies t-shirt with either jeans or khaki pants. - Briarwood Christmas Shop has been a holiday tradition for more than 20 years. It is a free event hosted by the Briarwood Christian High School PTF.  The proceeds from the event benefit a variety of needs throughout the school.  The 2013 shop features gifts, local artwork, jewelry and accessories, home decor, wood crafts, monogrammed clothing, and collegiate and holiday items.  There will be several out-of-state vendors participating again this year and boutiques for women's fine clothing.  Stationery and paper products can be customized while you wait.
