AATC'S Octoberfest Soup

2 cups chicken stock

1 bottle Octoberfest beer[Today is Yuengling]

1/2 cup thinly sliced onion

1 clove garlic,minced

1 tspn crazy salt

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 cup bacon


In a saucepan bring chicken stock to a boil,add onions,garlic,and seasoning,Add beer and reduce to simmer.Add cheese,and stir in really well.If you need to add a bit of corn starch it makes it nice and thick.We are serving this with a nice crusty bread and chicken skewers.Enjoy all year round but especially during football season.
