New information about a lawsuit over a Tuscaloosa Board of Education race.

Kelly Horwitz is contesting the results of her race against Cason Kirby. She lost by 87 votes in August.

Horwitz alleges voting irregularities by fraternities and sororities at the University of Alabama.

On Tuesday, Tuscaloosa Circuit Judge James Roberts Jr., approved a list of 36 questions that hundreds of people, whose votes are being scrutinized, will complete in affidavits.
