Auburn University releases 2014 football schedule

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Auburn University has released their projected football schedule for 2014.

The Tigers plan to play home SEC contests against Arkansas, LSU, South Carolina and Texas A&M. They will hit the road for SEC games against Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Georgia and Alabama. The only other away game scheduled is against Kansas State.

Notable for those in the Birmingham area is the addition of Samford on November 22, the week before the Iron Bowl.
