Chef Julia May's Lamb Chops


1/4 cup of Red Wine (your choice) Adesso

Fresh rosemary

Freshly ground black pepper

2 garlic cloves minced

1 green onion chopped

8 (1 1/2 inch thick) lamb chops

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms (your choice)

Red, yellow, orange, bell peppers julienned



Add first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish and cover and chill for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade, pour extra virgin oil into medium high griddle. Place lamb chops in and let brown on one side, turn, then place remainder of ingredients in griddle and cook until brown and vegiies are al dente.
