A 33-year-old man was shot during a home invasion in Antioch early Friday morning.
The shooting happened at a home in the 630 block of Pippin Drive.
Police said three to four men broke into the home and held the man and his girlfriend at gunpoint.
The male homeowner tried to fight back but was shot in the hip during the struggle. He drove himself to Southern Hills Medical Center, where he's in critical but stable condition.
One of the home invaders also entered a bedroom and stole the woman's purse.
