Honey - Raspberry Vinaigrette

Honey – Raspberry Vinaigrette

 

-         3 T                       Apple Cider Vinegar

-         ½ tspn                 Salt

-         ½ tspn                 Pepper

-         2 T                       Raspberry Puree

-         2 T                       Honey           

-         3 T                       Onions – small dice

-         ½ tspn                 Creole Mustard

-         ½ tspn                 Basil – dried

-         ¾ Cup                 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

 

Add the vinegar to a blender, replace the lid, turn it on, and through the feed opening, add, 1 at a time, the onion, black pepper, salt, mustard, basil, raspberry puree, honey . Then leaving the blender running, add the olive oil in a slow thin stream.
