roasted yellow pepper sauce:
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup toasted almonds
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
5 yellow bell peppers roasted, peeled, and seeded
3/4 cup pure olive oil
combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Use the sauce as a base for pizza. top with your favorite ingredients. you can also use it as a pasta sauce or even as a dip.
