Puff pastry sausage

Café De Paris - Baked Puff Pastry Sausage

1 onion
8 ounces of mushrooms
2 ounces of chop parsley
salt and pepper
1 ounce of dry herbs
16 ounces of pork sausage
2 sheets of puff pasty

-In a hot pan, cook the sausage light brown for 5 minutes
-bake in the oven for 15 minutes

-sautee the onions and mushrooms in a hot skillet
-let the sausage, mushrooms and onions cool for about 15 minutes
-add the sausage on top
-roll the puff pastry and cook about 25 minutes at 350 degrees
-serve on the top of a salad
