BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Police are searching for an ambulance that was stolen from U.A.B. Hospital last night. A spokesperson with Haynes said the ambulance was transporting a patient from Wetumpka to U.A.B.
The ambulance was parked in the ambulance bay with four other ambulances. When the ambulance crew came out of the hospital 5 minutes later they found the ambulance missing. The ambulance is marked with unit 206 on the the side of it. If anyone has information on the stolen ambulance they are asked to call 911.
