BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Newly released paperwork gives a few more details about the former Gardendale pastor accused of his wife's murder.

Terry Greer is accused of killing his wife and shooting his daughter before apparently trying to kill himself. Monday, he was booked into the Jefferson County Jail after spending weeks being treated for self-inflicted stab wounds at UAB Hospital.

Late Wednesday afternoon, some important paperwork was released in this case. The two warrants for Greer's arrest lay out new details about what happened inside Greer's house on Jan. 10.

One warrant is for the murder charge he faces in connection with the death of his wife Lisa. The other is for the attempted murder charge in relation to shooting of his 18-year-old daughter Suzanna.

In the second affidavit, authorities lay out some details they say Suzanna Greer was able to tell them about what happened that day.

From those details, authorities say Lisa Greer was shot first with a pistol, then Terry Greer shot his daughter Suzanna and chased her with the gun until being physically disarmed.

Police have previously said Suzanna Greer wrestled the gun away from her father before running to a neighbor's house to call police.

Shortly after this incident, Terry Greer was given a bond set at $135,000. But the D.A.'s office filed a motion with the court, saying that amount was insufficient.

One reason they balked at the amount is that during the investigation, it was determined that Rev. Greer had indicated a motive to threaten, injure or kill other individuals.

Based on that and other information, Judge Laura Petro ruled the same day that Greer would not be granted a bond at all. She also noted that there is also great concern for Greer's mental and emotional well being.

Terry Greer was scheduled to have a court appearance tomorrow, but his attorney says that hearing has been pushed back until later in the month.
