Greek Cheese Steak
1 lb strip loin, trimmed
Extra virgin olive oil
¼ lb French* or Greek Feta* crumbled
Italian baguette bread, hoagie type size, split ¾ open
½ of a bell pepper sliced/chopped
½ of white onion sliced/chopped.
3 pinches of oregano
Slice the meat very thinly. Heat the grill over high heat.
Place meat on the grill.
Brush steak slices with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 2-3 pinches of dry oregano.
Place the onions and sliced pepper peppers on top of the meat
and mix and turn a couple of times.
Squeeze some more olive oil on top of the meat mixture.
When meat is done place everything on a lightly oiled bread.
Crumble the Feta over the meat mixture, and close the bread slices over the meat.

on top of the meat and cheese.
