All Around Town Catering's Champagne Brie Dip
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups champagne
1/4 cup butter
8 oz brie [softened]
6 oz cream cheese [softened]
1/4 cup capers
Combine cream and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring to make sure it doesn't scald. In another pan, heat cream cheese and brie over low heat as well.
Add champagne to cream mixture, stir well. When your cheese mixture is creamy, add it to the champagne and cream. Add capers and serve with baguettes and crackers.
It is perfect for New Year's Eve and Bowl games.
