FOX6 News to air first Presidential Debate Oct. 3

FOX6 News would like to alert our viewers to a programming change for Wednesday, Oct. 3.We will be airing the first 2012 Presidential Debate which is currently scheduled for 8-9:30 p.m.

In this first debate, Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney will face President Barack Obama at the University of Colorado in Denver. PBS NewsHour Editor Jim Lehrer will moderate the debate, which will focus on domestic policy.

Debate Schedule:

Thursday, October 11: Vice Presidential Debate

Time: 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. CST, Centre College in Danville, Ky.

Moderator: Martha Raddatz, Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent, ABC News

Focus: Foreign and domestic topics

Tuesday, October 16: Presidential Debate (Town Hall)

Time: 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. CST, Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.

Moderator: Candy Crowley, Chief Political Correspondent, CNN

Focus: Foreign and domestic issues

Monday, October 22: Presidential Debate

Time: 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. CST, Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla.

Moderator: Bob Schieffer, Chief Washington Correspondent

Focus: Foreign policy
