Kairos Greek Slaw

4 cups Shredded Cabbage
2 sweet onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup sliced Green Onions
1 Cup Feta Cheese
1 Cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 Splash of Heavy Cream (or half & half)
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup white vinegar
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
1 teaspoon dry Ranch Dressing Mix
Sea Salt (to taste)
Cracked White Pepper (to taste)
In a mixing bowl add all the Dressing ingredients and whisk until it forms a smooth creamy sauce. In another bowl or serving dish add cabbage, onions, cilantro, and green onions. Mix ingredients together lightly but don't over mix. Pour the sauce over the cabbage mixture and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
This works great as a side dish, but its also an awesome variation on sandwiches, burgers, and fish tacos!
