BBQ pork tacos with balsamic slaw

All Around Town Catering's BBQ Pork Tacos with Balsamic Slaw


1 1/2 lbs BBQ boneless ribs,sliced into matchstick-sized pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced carrots

1 Tbsp cumin

8 corn tortillas, fried in a bit of olive oil


Balsamic Slaw

2 cups shredded Taiwanese cabbage[Chai's]

3/4 cups Balsamic vinaigrette

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced red oinion

1/2 cup diced red pepper

1/2 cup diced carrots

Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate before serving.This is an excellent compliment to the the pork tacos.

Get your olive oil nice and hot in pan, add your pork for about a minute before adding your vegetables and cumin. Crisp it all up for about another two minutes and set aside. Get some oil nice and hot for your tortillas and heat them for about 20 seconds and turn over until the tortilla starts to bubble up. Set on paper towels. Scoop about 1/2 cup of pork mixture and top with pico de gallo and cilantro. Serve with Balsamic Slaw and enjoy! Perfect for tailgating or anytime.
