This is the real authentic Feta. The word Feta here in the USA
represents variations of cheeses that are called Feta.
In Europe no cheese can be called Feta unless it is produced
in Designated Areas of Greece ONLY! And be assigned the term
of PDO ( Protected Designation of Origin) and it must be produced
according to its standards, AND ONLY IN GREECE.
It must be made of sheep-goat milk and the animals producing
this milk should be bred in specific areas because the vegetation there
includes some unique species which effect the flavor of the animals
milk and of course the flavor of the cheese.
