BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Despite the national coverage Thursday of the Penn State sex scandal a lot of callers on the Paul Finebaum Radio Network wanted to talk about the lawsuit against Kristen Saban, the daughter of Alabama football coach Nick Saban.

"I was listening to Freeh's news conference about Penn State and the first thing someone asked me about was Saban's daughter," Finebaum said.

The talkshow host has tackled controversial subjects but Finebaum says the Kristen Saban's legal troubles will be sensitive.

"His daughter is not a public figure. But the antithesis of that she has made herself a public figure by whatever happened," Finebaum said.

Coach Saban is used to the pressure cooker of big time college football but could he face some embarrassing questions next week in Hoover with SEC Media Days about his daughter?

"I'm not a wealthy man but I believe I could become wealthy by betting not one single person in the media will ask Nick Saban that question," Finebaum said.

Finebaum says Saban could ease the situation by releasing a statement about his daughter before the media gathering.
