Chef Bob's Dessert Taco

4 flour tortillas

2 Clementine oranges (peeled and sectioned)

1 green apple (diced)

½ cup of cran raisins

2 T butter

½ t of cinnamon

2 T of honey

2 T of vanilla

¼ cup of chocolate chips (melted)

¼ cup of powdered sugar

2 T of fresh basil (sliced)

Sautee butter in a skillet with Clementine, apple, and cran raisins for 2 minutes. Add basil, cinnamon, honey, pinch of salt, and vanilla. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet, spoon in filling, fold over, and warm on each side for 1 minute. Melt chocolate chips in small bowl on top of a hot water bath in a pot. Drizzle chocolate on top of tortillas and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
