Chef Ron's Famous "The Perfect Steak"

Chef Ron's Famous
                The Perfect Steak

8-10 oz rib eye steak
¼ cp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ yellow onion sliced
½ large bell pepper sliced
4 medium mushrooms sliced

In a skillet on medium heat add 1tsp olive oil. Lightly dust steak with salt and pepper, let cook for 3-5 min on each side. Remove steak from skillet let rest for 5 min. than add remaining oil to the skillet with onion, pepper and mushroom salt and pepper per taste cook until tender. Slice steak into strips than top with pepper, onion and mushrooms.
                                                                                        (And please no steak sauce)
