John Cowan's Smoked Tuna Dip

John Cowan's Smoked Tuna Dip

 

  • 1 lb Hickory smoked Yellowfin Tuna, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 pinch Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Griller's Rubb!
  • ½ tsp favorite hot sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon minced red onions
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 dozen garlic crostinis
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Cilantro

 

  •  
    • Flake smoked Tuna with a fork
    • Place in bowl with remaining ingredients EXCEPT garlic crostinis and mix well. Refrigerate until ready for service

Spread on crostinis, bagel chips, Captain's Wafers, crackers, etc, and serve
