HOOVER,AL (WBRC) - Former Auburn University head football Coach Pat Dye never gets tired talking about trees, even after the Toomer's Corner posioning. Today he made a special appearance at Aldridge Gardens in Hoover to preach the value of trees for Hoover's 12th annual Arbor Day celebration. Coach Dye has been involved with the production of Japanese Maple Trees since the 1980's. The former Auburn Coach said he has such a love for trees and the recent poisoning at Toomer's Corner was a devastation.
