Chef Bob's Australian Meat Pie

1 pound ground turkey (browned)
1 onion (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1 carrot (peeled and chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 ½ cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
1 recipe cream cheese dough (see below)

Sauté onion, carrot, celery, and garlic in drained turkey liquid from browning turkey.
Add cornstarch, tomato paste, allspice, salt and pepper, add chicken stock. Bring to a boil then add cooked turkey. Roll out ½ the dough then line a casserole dish with dough. Add meat filling then top with remaining dough. Brush with beaten egg to promote browning. Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.

Cream cheese dough;
2 cups plain flour
2 sticks butter
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese

Mix all until dough forms.
