Chicken with Jicama salsa

Slaw Ingredients:

1/2 medium purple onion, julienned

1 yellow bell pepper, julienned

2 med. carrots, julienned

1 medium jicama , julienned

1 orange, peeled & cut in 1/2 wedges

1 med. jalapeno, diced

juice of 1 fresh lime

juice of 1 fresh orange

1/2 bunch cilantro

salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients & serve

Chicken Ingredients:

4 6-8 oz. skinless chicken breasts

Salt than flour with chimchurri (garlic, salt, peper, oregano, olive oil.)  Sautee on each side until fully cooked.
