2 LBS.  Italian rope Sausage  
4or 5 Assorted Peppers Green / Red 1- Onion sliced thin

Cook Sausage till done about 35 mins. in oven. Cook Onions , peppers in Sautee pan with Olive Oil till desired tenderness, Drain and cut Sausage in links or 1/4 inch round circles and cook all together in Sautee pan until warm and serve over pasta or on hogie bun. Add hot Marinara Sauce if desired .Serves 4 people
