Ahi Tuna A La Nicoise
2 Ahi Tuna Steaks
2 diced zucchinis
2 diced eggplants
2 big diced tomatoes
1 minced white onion
1 half lemon
1 cup of flour
Thyme, rosemary, salt, fresh ground black pepper, cumin, and olive oil.
Heat 2 pans with a little bit of olive oil, season your fish correctly, put them in flour and shake them to remove the excess flour. Then put fish into your hot pan, and brown them 3 minutes on each side. Squeeze half of the lemon on top of the fish and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
In the second pan, sautee your eggplant first, then your onion, zucchini, and tomatoe. Then add salt, black pepper, and the rest of the seasoning.
