Chase Lake Café Irish Stout Chicken Tenders
1 pound chicken tenders

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 yellow onion,sliced

1 bell pepper,sliced

1/2 cup baby carrots

2 cloves garlic,chopped

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp fresh thyme

1/2 cup mushrooms

1 can Guinness Stout beer

Heat oil and butter in skillet at medium high heat.Add onion,pepper,carrots,garlic,mushrooms,and spices and cook until tender about three minutes.Remove mixture and set aside.Add a bit more olive oil and cook chicken for about 3 minutes,flip and add Guinness and vegetables.Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.This will be a great St Patrick's Day treat.Seve with roasted potatoes and a nice cold Irish stout beer.We will be featuring this on Monday's Special for $4.95 at the Chase Lake Café.Sandy has killer desserts as well!!!
