Choose fish of your choice. Also pick shrimp or other seafood of your choice (the more the better).
Saute fish on medium to high heat. Add smaller seafood after fish is cooked on one side. Also add fresh thyme and marinara sauce (and any other spices or flavors you prefer). Reduce until it is a thickness you desire. Serve over your favorite pasta.
