Final preliminary motions made in e-bingo bribery case

MONTGOMERY, AL (WBRC) - Friday is the last day for most of the preliminary motions in the State House bingo bribery case.

Some of the latest motions are from Senator Harri Anne Smith and lobbyist Tom Coker.

The independent state senator from south Alabama wants her case separated from the other ten defendants.

Coker's attorneys want all of the charges against their client dropped.
