2 CUP OF CORNFLAKES
1 SQUASH
1 ZUCHINI
1 BIG EGGPLANT
1BIG AND FERM TOMATO
THYM-ROSMARY-OLIVE OIL-SALT-FRESH GROUNDED BLACK PEPPER-CUMIN
 
WASH ALL YOUR VEGETABLES,DICED ALL OF THEM .
HEAT 5 SAUTEED PAN WITH 4 TBLSP OF OLIVE OIL EACH.
SEASON  YOUR FISH CORRECTLY AND PUT THEM INTO THE FLOUR FIRST,THEN EGGS ,AND FINALLY CORNFLAKES FLOUR.
PUT THE FISH IN THE FIRST HOT PAN,BROWN BOTH SIDES ,ADD A LITTLE BIT OF LEMON JUICE ON TOP AND FINISH TO COOK IN THE OVEN.AT 350 FOR 15MN.
IN THE 4 OTHERS PANS,COOK YOUR 4 DIFFERENT VEGETABLES SEPARATELY.WHENEVER THEY ALMOST DONE COMBINED THEM IN JUST ONE PAN.SEASON AND ADD YOUR DIFFERENTS HERBS.
