CHEF RON'S FRIED MEAT LOAF

1 LB GROUND BEEF
1 LB MILD SAUSAGE
1/2 CUP DICED BELL PEPPER
1/2 CUP DICED YELLOW ONION
1 1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
1/2 TSP SEASONING SALT
3 LARGE EGGS
1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
1/4 CUP PARMESSAN CHEESE
1 CUP MARINARA SAUCE


IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL. IN A LARGE SKILLED ADD OLIVE OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT. TAKE MIXTURE AND PAT OUR 4 OUNCE PATTIES. LET COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5-7 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL DONE. SET ASIDE AND DRAIN. SERVE WITH SIDES LIKE CREAM POTATO, TOMATO, AND CARROTS.
