Fish Market Taco Recipes

FISH TACOS (serves 4)

Ingredients:
12 Flour tortillas, small

3 tsp George Sarris 5 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4-6 Tilapia Fillets

2 C Angel Hair Slaw tossed w/ Johns Dressing

Pico de Gallo*

Directions:
-Lightly salt and pepper the tilapia
-Grill or suate' until cooked through
-Place inside tortilla
-Top with slaw and pico de gallo


SHRIMP TACOS (serves 4)

Ingredients:
12 Flour tortillas, small

George Sarris' 5 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 1/2 pounds large Shrimp, peeled

Feta cheese

2C Spicy Slaw
 2 C shredded cabbage
 1 tsp diced red onion
 1 tbsp diced bell pepper
 1tsp chopped cilantro
 1 tsp very thinly sliced serrano chili
 S & P to taste
 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
 1 tsp George Sarris' 5 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pico de Gallo*

Instructions:
-Sauté shrimp in George Sarris' 5 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil until cooked through -Toss with feta cheese -Place inside flour tortilla -Top with spicy slaw and pico de gallo



Pico de Gallo*
 1 small tomato, chopped
 1 tbsp red onion, diced
 1 tsp cilantro
 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
 1 tsp George Sarris' 5 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 S & P,to taste
 Dash of Ground Cumin

Combine all ingredients
