Parisian Chicken Scalopini
2 chicken breasts
1 cup of flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
Salt, black pepper, jamaican jerk, and vegetable oil
Flaten the chicken breast with a pounder, then season perfectly.
Heat your pan you a little bit of oil.
Drop your chicken in flour first, then in eggs and finish with bread crumbs.
Brown your 2 pieces of chicken on both sides and then put in oven(350 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Serve chicken on top of fettuccini.
