Bleu cheese ravioli and ground beef ravioli

Homemade bleu cheese ravioli

8 small square sheets of ravioli dough

2 oz. of bleu cheese

12 dry raisins

1 leaf of cilantro

1 cup of cream

salt, fresh ground black pepper

1 cup of water

On the first 2 sheets, put your blue cheese, raisins and cilantro. Use water and the 4 other sheets to close your ravioloi, then heat your pan with the cream. Drop your raviolis, season. If it's too thick, add some water and turn down your fire. You can crumble some bleu cheese for decoration.

 

Homemade ground beef ravioli

8 small square sheets of ravioli dough

2 oz. of ground beef

12 dry raisins

1 leaf of cilantro

1 cup of cream

1 tsp of diced tomato

salt, fresh ground black pepper

1 cup of water

On the first 2 sheets, put your ground beef, raisins, cumin and cilantro. Use water and the 4 other sheets to close your ravioloi, then heat your pan with the cream. Drop your raviolis, season. If it's too thick, add some water and turn down your fire.
