Café De Paris' Dijon Mustard Pork Filet Mignon
one pound of port filet mignon
4 tablespoons of dijon mustard
1 oz rosemary
1 oz thyme
1 oz salt
1 oz pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
1-Mix spices together (rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper)
2-Season the meat with the spices & dijon mustard
3-Pour oil in frying pan. When oil I hot, put meat in the pan until it browns evenly.
4-Transfer meat to a baking pan and bake in the over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5-Serve the filet mignon with rice with and a dijon mustard sauce.
